Project Phoenix is an employment recruitment project created by HomeMaid Helpers. Project Phoenix aims to employ women fleeing domestic and family violence who want and need to regain financial independence and stability. The primary aim is to give women employment opportunities within HomeMaid Helpers without passing judgement on their work experience/history, skills, and personal situation. The program also offers extra support in terms of start up loans, training, and flexibility.
